that we tell people God is always waiting to welcome them home.
For all who play a mothering role,
that on this special day, we thank them for everything they do for us.
that they find positive male role models who will help them find their place in the world.
For chaplaincy teams, who provide spiritual and pastoral care for the dying and their families.
that we truly recognise God’s unconditional love for everyone and follow this example.
Boundless is your compassion, O God, to those who repent and return to you. Grant our needs and restore us to life. Through Christ our Lord. Amen.
